1. Service Description

Netryx is an AI-powered geospatial verification tool that provides approximate geolocation estimates based on visual similarity matching against publicly available street-level imagery. Netryx is operated by avtaar tech ai pvt ltd, registered in India.

• Results are probabilistic estimates, not guaranteed to be accurate.
• Uploaded images are processed in real-time and are not stored after processing completes.
• Search metadata is logged for security and abuse prevention purposes.

2. Acceptable Use

Netryx is intended for legitimate professional and research purposes, including but not limited to:

• Insurance fraud detection and claims verification
• Open-source intelligence (OSINT) research
• Journalism and source verification
• Asset and property verification
• Legal evidence support and litigation
• Academic and geospatial research
• Security and threat analysis

3. Prohibited Use

The following uses are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Stalking, harassment, or tracking individuals without their explicit consent
• Surveillance of private individuals for non-law-enforcement purposes
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
• Circumventing the credit system, rate limits, or other technical safeguards
• Automated scraping or programmatic access without a written API agreement
• Any use that infringes on the privacy, safety, or rights of individuals
• Re-selling or redistributing Netryx results without authorization

4. Credits and Payments

• The free tier provides 3 searches per unique user.
• Additional credits may be purchased through PayPal. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Purchased credits do not expire.
• Pricing is subject to change; however, previously purchased credits remain valid at their original value.

5. Limitation of Liability

Netryx provides geolocation results on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Specifically:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any search result.
• We are not liable for any actions taken based on search results.
• We are not liable for misuse of the service by third parties.
• Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Netryx at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms of Service. No refund will be issued for remaining credits on terminated accounts.

7. Data and Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data. Search queries are logged with anonymized identifiers. We may cooperate with law enforcement when legally required to do so.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use of Netryx after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
